RICHMOND, VA – National Independent Agency Solutions, LLC (“NIAS”) is excited to officially announce the launch of its new nationwide commercial and residential title industry services platform, formed to provide and deliver independent advisory and consulting services, advocacy, resources and solutions to Title Insurance Agents, Title Insurers, and Title Industry Vendors along with revenue opportunities.
The team at NIAS brings more than 125 years of combined experience in leadership roles with Title Industry Insurers and as owners of Title Agencies, bringing its knowledge and national network of industry participants to deliver its services.
As of this announcement, NIAS has already launched its National Commercial Agency Network as its preliminary offering.
“NIAS supports a national commercial title platform, providing commercial transaction capability in all 50 states,” said Cheryl H. Klein, Owner, and Founder. “Every jurisdiction will have associated network companies with bricks and mortar within the boundary of the jurisdiction. We work with title agencies, introducing them to comparable agencies in other states, real estate developers, investors and other firms needing title and closing services across the country.
NIAS was built by Cheryl Klein and her spouse Thomas R. Klein, bringing decades of commercial title, real estate law, agency management experience, and agency support services to its clients. Our support team also includes Steve Francis and John Micciche, the firm’s most recent addition.
Currently, as of this announcement, Klein reports that in addition to the services provided directly by NIAS team members, the firm is now launching a portal on its website identifying a group of more than 20 title industry vendors that will make their products and services available to clients served by NIAS.
Klein stated “We recognize that most agencies are occupied by responding to many challenges of running their businesses. With this in mind, we have interviewed and reviewed offerings of many industry vendors, some that we represent and many others. We are prepared to make appropriate recommendations of third-party services that we believe fit the needs of agents we serve.”
