NIAS supports a national network of commercial/residential title companies. The network will provide commercial/residential transaction capability in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and certain USA territories. Every jurisdiction will have associated network companies with bricks and mortar within the boundary of the jurisdiction. If your title company wishes to participate, let us know. If you are a real estate investor, developer, homebuilder, or other firm needing title and closing services, let us introduce you to a title firm located where the transaction is taking place.

NIAS will assist title agencies with a selection of the best matching transaction solutions. Some of the solutions available include title search and production, administrative outsourcing, title and closing software, escrow reconciliation and accounting, artificial intelligence, title licensing, wire fraud prevention, electronic disbursement services, electronic payments, and software maintenance. The NIAS team has personally reviewed presentations by many third-party providers and selected approximately 20 vendor firms to assist in interfacing with the title insurance industry.

NIAS will assist agencies with identifying title underwriter partners with services and support levels best matching their needs. The NIAS team is familiar with all industry title insurers, each with varying strengths and weaknesses. We can help start-up agencies find the best initial insurer and can assist existing agencies to identify an additional insurer providing advantages not available from current providers. In doing so, NIAS will advocate for agents applying for appointments and assist in assuring the negotiation of balanced terms for the parties involved.

NIAS will provide its clients with consulting services on an hourly or all-inclusive fee basis. Examples of engagements include title agency planning, formation and launch, coordination of joint venture formation, development of tailored strategies for title companies, workflow review and recommendations for improvements and management coaching.

The NIAS team has long-term relationships with many industry solution providers. There is no cross-ownership between the companies, but the companies have had long-term associations and share a strong trust with one another.
