NIAS supports a national network of commercial title companies. The network will provide commercial transaction capability in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and certain USA territories. Every jurisdiction will have associated network companies with bricks and mortar within the boundary of the jurisdiction. If your title company wishes to participate, let us know. If you are a real estate investor, developer, homebuilder, or other firm needing title and closing services, let us introduce you to a title firm located where the transaction is taking place. Note: Similar services are available for residential real estate transactions as well.
