NIAS has expanded our recruiting services that support employers and employees in our industry. Back when NIAS first started we had many people come to us to help them find placement because they knew we had good relationships and contacts.
When NIAS decided to move into the recruiting arena we wanted to do more to help our industry employees and employees. We decided to make this service affordable to both the employee and employer, saving companies tens of thousands of dollars. We are in our third year of providing this service and every day we have people reaching out to us for help and support.
